ABOUT THE TEAM
The Office of the CAO (Chief Administrative Officer) plays an integral role in delivering core operating functions of the firm to support effective execution for our people and clients on a day to day basis. The Office of the CAO consists of various teams and leadership to effectively drive and operate the company consistent with the firm’s core goals. Embedded operating functions within the Office of the CAO deliver services for the firm including; largescale change management, seamless integration of firm acquisitions, delivery of operational risk and resilience, managing insurance for the firm and governing third party risk across the firm’s vendor relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS
The role is located in Hong Kong as part of the Office of CAO. As part of this role, you will be exposed to the breadth of GS across multiple business lines, and across difference CF&O divisions of the firm in the region.
- Support and coordinate work across teams on regulatory requirements and commitment in APAC region.
- Provide support to internal risk governance processes to improve risk profile in the region. Coordinate operational and risk related processes to remediate risks and deliver specific risk and control programs.
- Provide support to broader CF&O engagement, communications, connect in the region across teams and office locations.
- Support regional leadership teams with various internal and management reporting
Desired Experience / Skills
- Bachelors degree or higher with less than 3 years working experience.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Organized, with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, self-motivated and deadline driven. Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skill. Engineering background would be a plus.
