The Editorial Board (EB) of IJIL is pleased to invite submissions for Volume 61, Number 1, which is due to be published in December 2021.
《印度国际法期刊》委员会为将于2021年12月出版的第61卷第1期敬邀来稿。
The quarterly journal Indian Journal of International Law (IJIL) has been published by the ISIL since 1960. The Journal has acquired the distinction of being a premier legal periodical from the Third World and is circulated all over the world. It publishes well-researched articles/papers, research notes and comments, current developments, Judgments and Advisory Opinions of the International Court of Justice (ICJ) and Judgments of the Supreme Court of India on matters of international law. The IJIL also has an official document section, which inter alia contains select resolutions adopted by the UN bodies, texts of multilateral and bilateral treaties entered into by the Government of India, enactments of the Indian Parliament and other relevant documents on international law.
《印度国际法期刊》是一份由印度国际法协会（IJIL）每季度出版的期刊，它致力于对国际法发展、条约研究、国际法院或国际性法庭及印度最高法院中与国际法有关的内容进行深入探讨，目前已获得第三世界最重要法学期刊的殊荣。
征文主题-Themes
The EB welcomes both long, in-depth articles and short articles and commentaries, case note, recent development on any aspect of public or private international law. The EB particularly encourages submissions that are relevant to the developing countries, Asian and African approaches to International Law and India.
本刊欢迎任何与国际公法或私法有关的文章，不限篇幅但特别强调可以是如法学评论、案例研讨以及对国际法最新发展的研究等的文章。此外，本刊格外关注来自发展中国家（比如亚非拉地区的国家）关于国际法及印度方面的文章。
Notes and commentaries should be between 3,000 to 7,000 words. Articles may be from 8,000 to 15,000 words. Submissions will be considered on a rolling basis.
以说明或评论类来稿者，需限字数3000至7000；以论文类来稿者，需限字数8000至15000。录取审核标准为滚动录取。
Contributions must be original unpublished works and submission of contributions will be held to imply this. Manuscripts must be word-processed and in compliance with the IJIL guidelines. Submissions should be provided in English, using MS Word-compatible word processing software.
稿件需系原创未发表，符合IJIL指南规范（见期刊官网附件），且需以英文写作；此外，应当使用本期刊要求的编辑软件。

Call for Papers: Nordic Journal of Human Rights: The Future of Human Rights
征稿启事：《北欧人权杂志》：人权的未来
活动简介-Introduction
For the 40th anniversary of the Nordic Journal of Human Rights, we invite papers that provide insights on the future development of human rights. Looking back at the past 40 years, it is evident that human rights – as a legal, political and social practice – have experienced significant achievements and successes, some notable setbacks and failures, and a number of unprecedented and unforeseen events and developments. Likewise, the academic study of human rights has matured and become increasingly specialized. Yet, rather than retrospectively summarizing these 40 years, we wish to use the occasion to invite scholars and practitioners to prospectively conjecture about what the coming decades may hold for human rights, to discern where current trends are likely to lead, and to make sense of the future they herald. Speculating about the future, let alone predicting it, is a daunting task for academic researchers and practitioners alike.
为纪念《北欧人权杂志》成立 40 周年，我们征集讨论人权未来发展的论文。回顾过去 40 年，人权作为一种法律性、政治性和社会性的实践，一方面取得了重大成就，另一方面也遇到了一些明显的挫折，以及前所未有的、不可预见的事件和发展。同时，对人权的学术研究也日趋成熟和专业化。然而，与其回顾性地总结这 40 年，我们希望利用这个机会邀请学者和实践者对未来几十年的人权状况进行前瞻性的推测，了解当前趋势可能会引向何方，并理解它们所预示的未来。对学术研究者和从业者来说，预测未来的确是一项艰巨的任务。
We call for papers that are theoretically informed, empirically grounded and methodologically rigorous in their ambitions to advance not only the academic study of human rights, but also its relevance to reflective practice in the real-world. Expectedly, these papers will set agendas and advance new potential lines of inquiry. True to the multi-disciplinary approach of both the journal and the subject of human rights, we welcome contributions from different disciplines, including but not limited to international law, political science, sociology, history, philosophy, and anthropology.

投稿指引-Submission Guidelines
Papers could be either in the form of regular papers submitted to the NJHR (8-10,000 words maximum), or shorter entries, that is between 5-6,000 words, covering current developments or specific trends. All papers will be subject to double-blind peer review. In case we get more proposals than we can actually accept, we will consider having two anniversary special issues, or invite the authors whose papers were not selected to submit their contributions anyway for ordinary publication in the journal. We wish to ensure pluralism in terms of: Disciplines and methodologies; Topics and themes; Scholars, legal practitioners, human rights professionals and human rights defenders; Global regions; and Gender.

活动介绍-Introduction
The Board of Editors of Trade, Law and Development [TL&D], invites original, unpublished manuscripts for publication in the Winter ’21 issue of the Journal (Vol. 13, No. 2) in the form of Articles, Notes, Comments, and Book Reviews. TL&D is a bi-annual publication of National Law University, Jodhpur, and has been ranked the best journal in India across all fields of law for seven consecutive years by Washington and Lee University, School of Law. Manuscripts received by 1 August 2021 pertaining to any area within the purview of international economic law will be reviewed for publication in the issue.

主题要求-Themes
a. Articles must deal with issues of interest and relevance and must demonstrate a high-level of analysis. Articles of a purely descriptive nature, unless about a development in a country or a region which may necessarily be of a descriptive nature, are not preferred.
b. Aside from Articles, we seek shorter Notes which cover a recent development or are issue-specific; Comments, which entail a critical analysis of an issue of relevance, including case laws and policy developments; and Book Reviews which are solicited by the Editors. The editors welcome any suggestions from academicians, scholars or publishers for Book Reviews.
c. Manuscripts with a word length of 10,000-20,000 words are published as Articles; however, any departures from this limit may be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Editors. Shorter pieces of less than 10,000 words are published as Notes and Comments.
d. An “Abstract” must precede the body of the manuscript (except in case of Book Reviews).
e. The Journal follows the system of citation as prescribed in The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (20th Edition).
f. Contributions which are specifically concerning the theme of development and developing issues are encouraged.
g. As a convention, British English shall be followed.

《青少年法治研究》征稿启事（第二期）
稿件应围绕“青少年法治”领域相关主题，包括但不限于青少年法治教育、青少年权益保护、青少年犯罪预防、少年刑法与少年司法等，尤其是《民法典》与青少年权益保护问题。
1.稿件篇幅一般以1.2-1.5万字为宜，选题意义重大或具有很强创新价值的，可以适当放宽；
2.投稿作品应当具有独创性，遵循学术规范，署名作者应为写作成果的实际贡献人；
