海外专利工程师
岗位职责：
1.根据集团知识产权中心工作安排，负责美的集团美国研发中心所有专利事务，并协调与集团各事业部的业务对接；
2.处理美国专利申请与布局，包括查新检索、撰写、审核与修改申请文件和OA答复文件，并指导外部律所或代理机构完成相关工作；
3.协助处理美国专利风险防范、专利无效、专利许可、专利分析、FTO等；
4.协助处理美国专利相关流程、规范、制度的制订和优化等；
5.其他美国专利相关工作。
任职要求：
1.理工科硕士及以上学历，跟美的业务相关理工科专业，优秀者可放宽到本科学历，具有美国法学院或工学院背景优先；
2.五年以上美国专利实务工作经验，熟悉掌握美国专利重点事项及流程，具有美国专利代理人资格优先，具有美国本土专利工作经验优先；
3.独立撰写美国专利申请30件以上，独立答复美国专利审查意见50件以上，有美国专利风险防范、专利无效、专利许可、专利分析、FTO 等经验优先；
4.中文和英文作为工作语言；
5.工作积极主动，有上进心，良好的团队合作精神。

MARC Patent Professional
Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for all patent affairs of the U.S. R&D Center of Midea Group, and coordinate with product divisions of the Group, according to instruction of Group Intellectual Property Center;
2. Be responsible for U.S. patent prosecution and portfolio management, including searching prior art, drafting, reviewing and revising patent application documents and O.A. response documents, and instructing outside counsel, e.g., law firms or patent agencies, to complete relevant work;
3. Be responsible for assisting in U.S. patent risk prevention, patent invalidation, patent licensing, patent analysis, FTO, and etc.;
4. Be responsible for formulation and optimization of U.S. patent-related processes, standards, and systems;
5. Other U.S. patent related work.
Requirements:
1. Master's degree or higher in science and engineering relating to Midea's business, (excellent candidates with bachelor's degree could also be considered); education background in U.S. law school or engineering school is preferred;
2. More than five years of U.S. patent practice experience, familiar with key issues and processes of U.S. patents; U.S. patent bar is preferred; U.S. local patent working experience is preferred;
3. Independently finished drafting more than 30 U.S. patent applications, and independently finished responding to more than 50 U.S. patent O.A.; practice experience relating to U.S. patent risk prevention, patent invalidation, patent licensing, patent analysis, and FTO is preferred;
4. Chinese and English as working languages;
5. Proactively, self-motivated, good teamwork spirit.
